Hand selected white wine barrels matured over four years with a Brett Wild Ale were blended with a fresh IPA, featuring Nelson Sauvin hops. Delicately bottle conditioned and roaring with complex, tart, & fruity flavours.

Meet your new midnight craving. Pouring Dark’n Delicious with layers of milkchocolate, creamy vanilla, and gentle espresso undertones that melt into a rich, indulgent finish.

No wrappers needed for this melt-in-your-mouth PeanutButter Cup Dessert Stout. Brewed with flaked oats, chocolate malt and roasted barley, the layers of milk chocolate and peanutbutter unfold to reveal a rich, robust stout.

A Brett wild ale, patiently aged in white wine barrels from our cellar, has been blended with a fresh IPA showcasing Nelson Sauvin hops. Together they burst with gooseberry and white wine notes, finishing with a lively, funky twist.

Rich and robust, this full-bodied brew pours midnight black with a dense espresso coloured head. Intense dark chocolate, dark fruit, and coffee flavours are balanced by hop bitterness with a  warming finish.

The eight-headed dragon of Japanese mythology lends its name to this elegant golden lager. Masterfully refined with rice for a light and refreshing body, it carries subtle honey and lemon notes into a clean, dry, razor-sharp finish.

Brewed with wheat and munich malts for a soft bready character with gentle notes of spice and banana from the yeast. Unfiltered and hazy with a dense lasting head, it is naturally bottle conditioned for a little taste of Barvaria in every sip. Prost!

A golden ale with unexpected flavours of coffee and cocoa. With fresh, cold-brewed Java Blend coffee and decadent cocoa nibs, it’s rich yet balanced. Loaded with flaked oats for a medium body and lingering white head.

Pouring jet black with a tan head reminiscent of the black bear’s majestic coat, this easy-drinking lager offers enticing notes of milk chocolate, and a hint of coffee from meticulously selected roasted malts. It finishes crisp and clean, making every sip as refreshing as a cool mountain stream.

Maritime legends speak of a burning ship that haunts the shores of the Northumberland Strait. Inspired by the centuries-old tale, Ghost Ship IPA emerges from the mist with flickers of juicy peach, followed by hints of citrus and pine. Smooth and bright, yet shrouded in mystery, it invites you to chase the unexplained.

A smooth tropical sensation. Our Piña Colada IPA is brewed with pineapple, coconut, vanilla bean, and lactose. Dry-hopped with Sabro for an extra kick of tropical fruit aromas for some serious toes-in-the-sand & drink-in-your-hand vibes.
