Honey Wheat and Molasses BBQ'd Chicken

You can either use chicken breast or a whole chicken cut up for this recipe.

Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts
1/2 bottle of Propeller Honey Wheat Ale
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 tablespoon molasses
2 cloves garlic minced
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation:
Combine marinade ingredients in a medium bowl. Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag. Add marinade to chicken, seal bag, and allow to marinate overnight. Preheat grill for medium-high heat. Remove chicken from bag and discard marinade. Place on grill and cook for 7-9 minutes on each side. When meat is no longer pink and juices run clear, remove chicken from grill and serve.

For a Prop're BBQ have a few handy Honey Wheat ales in a cooler for the guests. They might want to hang out a while afterwards.
