Not for the faint of heart. True India Pale Ales had to withstand long sea voyages before quenching the thirst of cranky British troops stationed in India. Our IPA is true to this style, it’s bracing, bitter and higher in alcohol (6.5%alc./vol) and made with the trademark Propeller quality. It’s full-bodied ale for full throttle beer lovers!

What Others Are Saying
Maybe the greatest beer on the planet earth.
Great beer, I fell in love with this brewery upon my visit to Halifax. Now that I noticed the LCBO has it here in Ontario I nearly jumped for joy. Great beer!
Wish it would come out to the west coast more often!
Flying home, I brought back three 6 packs in my suitcase that put me way over the weight limit ... but the 80 bucks was worth every penny ;-)
Tastes very similar to Stone's IPA (San Diego) my favorite. Wish I could get it in Houston!
Please start selling this in PEI, the beer selection here is awful. I would kill for a propeller honey wheat, IPA, or ESB.
Fabulous beer, my fridge is always stocked with Prop IPA's.
Nummy!
I'm a whisk[e]y guy, but this IPA is fanfreakintastic. probably the best IPA in Nova Scotia! I'd give it Atlantic Canada, but I've got a hometown favourite that can hold its own to take the covetted guzzlers cup! The balance achieved in each bottle between
Best bottled beer in Canada. It even compares very favourably with Sierra Nevada. No faint praise.
